Camiguin island Travel Guide

A small island off the northern tip of Mindanao. It has seven volcanoes, two hot springs and very nice caves (one is right off the national highway). There's also a nice little island offshore called White Island. It's one of my favorite places there. In addition there is a dense rainforest area right in the middle of the island which is good for hiking or horseback riding. The island has 5 towns and several barangays. A lot of nice resorts are available for evey taste. This remains to date one of Philippines' best secrets to date. At the moment many foriegners are slowly discovering this wonderful paradise. Hopefully more will soon come to discover the richness that is here as well. It's also the safest island in the chain. I lived here for a year. And will be going back again.
