This is one of the popular night district of Caracas where you find everyone from lower-income crowds spending their paycheck at the various pubs and latin dance places to top-level executives wining and dining at the very chic Tolon Fashion Mall. It extends for aproximately 9 walkable blocks and it also has many stores and restaurants among the main avenue and its many side streets.
