This is a good and very inexpensive hostel -- it´s only 13 soles for a single bed per night (or 70 soles per week if you pay a week in advance).  The bathroom is co-ed with two toilets, two shower stalls, a urinal, three sinks, and a mirror.  The rooms have a wooden desk, wooden chair, dresser, night stand, bed, and electrical outlet in them.  There is no hot water.  Each room opens onto a small balcony with one or two doors with windows.  There is a T.V. room downstairs.  There are four floors, with the fourth floor being the roof, more..

This hospedaje at 3 cuadras from the Piura bus terminal is an excellent place to live latin culture. It is mostly frequented by couples looking for a premarital sexual adventure. Infrastructure to support this include a big bedside mirror, a centralised sound system and a room with a circular bed.   Apart from occasional moaning at night, it can get pretty noisy in the morning as there seems to be a car workshop next door.
