Puentosillos is a small village overlooking the valley of Jaén. Basically, it's pretty ugly. It offers some great photo opportunities though, as the children follow you to their caved in former school.

There is no hostal in town, but I'm sure someone will offer you a place to stay. Ask around for someone willing to guide you to a huge cavesystem at only an hour or two on horseback from town. Locals tell me that there is an officialy undiscovered waterfall - 100 meters high, they say - in the same area. If you have to pay for a guide, he should be rather happy with 20 soles for the day.
