Eating Out

There are two basic types of restaurants in Jaén: garage box and recreo. The garage boxes are very plain places with various quality of food. You van eat there for 5  soles or less. Recreos come in different tastes and colors. Some of them have a splendid setting, with lots of green and tabels in small cabins, others don't really rise above the garagebox level. Food is more expensive in these places, at about 10 soles per person for a meal.
