Located between the Plaza de Armas and the Plaza Uruguaya, the place couldn´t be more central. Though rooms are very basic they have a fan and working (!) hot water. The rooms are around a central courtyard with some trees, plants and an old stair. It could be a wonderfull place if someone decided to make it a bit prettier. For now it´s an excellent budget alternative.
