Sinnamary Travel Guide

Sinnamary (3000 inhabitants), on the other extremity of the space Center with reference to Kourou, has kept every thing from its creole charm. Sinnamary streches out by the river with many restaurant (creole and indonesian) and with its craft industry and gold works.

Sinnamary is an excellent base for making trips on the Sinnamary river. Possible excursions include trips to Saut Caouenne, Saut Tigre, Takari or Saut Lucifer. A boating trip on the Boulder Creek are another good option.

Outside the town, and before the CSG, you can find the "hotel du Fleuve", which is one of the most beautifull of F.Guiana.
