Kay McCorkell

Pepe.net is a small, clean, well-run Internet Cafe just off the main square on the corner of Luis Fernando de la Vega and Calle Sucre just up from the church.  It has reasonable rates and serves cold drinks.  I have spent many enjoyable hours there.
