Our professional Naturalist guides include Robert Vaca, Domingo Hualinga, Randy Smith, Jose Shiguango and others depending on availability and any special request that our guests may have. Of course you will also be accompanied by a native guide of Waorani or Kichwa origin. Our bird guides are experts in bird identification and calls as well as bird ecology and habitats. OUR TRIP BIRDING Our birdwatching tours include visits to a Napo River Island , an oxbowlake, observation tree tower located at San Isla, hiking in terra firma forest, paddling in a lagoon, observation along rivers. The birdwatching begins in Coca and we offer both day and evening walks. If you wish, we may visit a Kichwa family during the slower and hotter parts of the day.
