WILDLIFE AMAZON

Edit This
Location in ECUADOR SOUTH AMERICA NAPO RIVER  COCA

We have been working here since 1971 and are natives to the region with great knowledge of the geography and the amazing variety of flora and fauna, especially birds that are found here in the heart of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The Amazon region of Ecuador is a mosaic of terra firma and flooded forests and oxbow lakes with a vast number of rivers and streams that run through the region.

We are located in Ecuador South America east of the Andes in the town of Puerto Francisco de Orellana or Coca as it is more commonly called, in the province of Orellana only a short distance from the Peruvian border.   Coca sits at the confluence of three major rivers: Payamino, Coca and the Napo, which eventually flow into the Amazon River . There are several different reserves and parks within a relatively short distance from Coca by boat that offer the professional, intermediate or beginner with great opportunities to observe a wide variety of species living in their natural habitat
