Playa Blanca

On the Isla Baru. The easiest way of getting here is to take one of the boat trips to the Islas del Rosario and ask to be dropped of (and picked up again!) on the way.

Bocagrande

Bocagrande beach is some 10 minutes by bus from the town centre. Sand and sea can be dirty on busy days - and you shouldn't count on being alone here.

Marbella

Marbella beach is just north of Las Bovedas and is much quieter than Bocagrande. The undertow can be dangerous, however. charles magnon:

Salingtours to San Blas

The Wadden islands in Panama are great, so if you get the chance to go there on a sailing ship you are in for a great adventure.

Casa Viena (see sleep cheap) offers tours - but I am not sure how often boats are going.

Club Nautica

On the Avenida Miramar. If you want to on a trip to another part of the Carribean you can try with some of the captains of the yaghts if they are willing to take you as a passenger or as a crew member.

Cinema

Cinemas can be found in the shopping center "Los Ejecutivos" and "Las Castellanos", expect to pay around 4 Us$. Buses go regularly from Ciudad Antigua.
