Guratuba Travel Guide

Guaratuba is located in the State of Parana´s Coast. With 22 km of beautiful beaches and the second larger Bay in the State.

Within a big preserved area of Atlantic Forest, is as invitation for boat trips, fishing, walks and hikes between the nature.

Get to know Guaratuba, it is just 1 and half hour from the capital Curitiba, and close to other awsome destinations in Parana (Ilha do Mel e Foz do Iguassu).

Local Walk in City

In a local walk you can visit diferent spots and places in Guaratuba.

The first place is the Crist located in the top of a mount, acessible by 200 steps, it offers a great view of the city and the sea.

The walk continues along the Central beach, with 2,5km until the other side of it.

After that is possible to visit the Nossa Senhora de Lourdes Square. A historical and miracle place with fresh water.

Then, you can visit the Main Church built in the XIX century, and the Main Square.

The last stop is in front of Guaratuba´s Bay, with a nice view of nature.

Oister Culture

In Guaratuba remains some untouched places. Cabaraquare is one of these places. Inside a environment protected area, along the Saint Hilare-Lange Nacional Park, there are some oister culture and restaurants with good and fresh sea food.
