The Beach Park is located near the seashore in Fortaleza; this is a complex that includes a Hotel, Museum, Aqua Park and a Souvenir store. The park is a great place to spend the day or the weekend, with its waterfalls, waterslides and its artificial river, it is a popular spot among tourists.
Fortaleza City Tour
Take a tour of the city and discover its amazing history. The guided tour of the city takes about 2 hours; you will visit the historical buildings including the President Castelo Branco Mausoleum, the Metropolitan Cathedral and much more. Take a 65 mile drive from the center of the city to the Lagoinha Beach. This is a beautiful fantasy beach filled with tropical vegetation. There is a small Lagoon that is deep which is great for swimming. The lush coconut trees offer a great place to relax. You can take a buggy or ride a horse and explore the beauty of the sand dunes on the beach. A trip on a ‘jangada’ (sailboat) over the calm waters is a great way to make the most of your day at this beautiful beach. There are local restaurants where you can enjoy excellent fresh seafood dishes before ending your day and heading back to Fortaleza.
