Getting There
Edit This
From the South: From Argentina (La Quiaca - Villazon crossing) there are several busses daily.
From the North: Most comfortable in Bolivia is travelling by train. The line from Oruro to Villazon has a stop in Tupiza. There are busses from La Paz and Oruro, but a big part of the trip is on a terrible dirt road.
From the East: A hellish road is taken by buses from Tarija to Tupiza. If you can choose, take a bus that drives during daytime. Don't eat too much before boarding.
