Star Valley is made up of small towns in a beautiful valley.  It is home to the world's largest elk-horn arch.  There you will also find a "Periodic Spring" where water rushes out of the side of a mountain face, then completely stops, then starts again.  Rulon Gardner (olympic champion) was raised here.
