The Lazy Pear Gallery at 154 Main Street is a family friendly art gallery that everyone can enjoy.  Set in a beautifully renovated Victorian mansion, the gallery exhibits works by Vermont artists with fun, playful, and humorous styles.  Highlights include the community art board where visitors can express their creative inspirations; the edible and inedible food art in the pastry case which includes a daily viewing menu of light pastries; and the streamed in jazz music that gives the gallery the feel of a cafe more than a museum.  The art work is of a very high quality but prices range to fit all budgets,  original works of art are available for as little as $15.
