Panguitch Travel Guide

Panguitch is a small community located along the Sevier River in southcentral Utah, along US-89. It's a beautiful place, and is a handy spot to stay in when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and other nearby public lands. The town has many classic motels and other accommodations, restaurants and services, but also nice old historic buildings and homes. The legendary polygamist and Mountain Meadows Massacre scapegoat John D. Lee is buried here, and the surrounding countryside evokes the mythology of the American West. Stop and explore the area; you won't be disappointed.
