Bullfrog Marina is one of three marinas that provide access to Lake Powell in Utah. Lake Powell is part of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, a huge national park unit with almost 2 million acres of red rock canyon and desert country. Probably the busiest of the Utah marinas, Bullfrog is a popular weekend spot for the powerboat crowd in the summer, and serves as a good base from which to explore the Henry Mountains, the Waterpocket Fold, and Capitol Reef National Park.
