Clovis Travel Guide

Clovis is a town of about 32,000 located a mere stone's throw from the Texan border. It is surrounded by rural communities, many of which primarily feature enormous cattle raches, and it is about 110 miles from the nearest urban area.

This city is not a prime tourist destination, but visitors may find it to be a decent stopover between New Mexico's scenic northern mountains and its renowned southern desert landscape. There are a variety of hotels and restaurants available to choose from.

Clovis is also the closest town to Cannon Air Force Base, which is home to thousands of military members and their families.
