This is no small town. Hoes ln. is filled with large scale company office buildings. Johnson and Johnson, IEEE, and many others. Very close to New Brunswick, it is the perfect off campus residence for any rutgers student. It is also the home of  "The Rack" The Scarlet Knights football stadium, Busch Campus, and Livingston Campus. Livingston campus is the home of the "Louis Brown Atheletic Center" where the women and men's basketball teams play. It's most valuable asset is its diversity.
