Sights in Las Vegas
Edit ThisLas Vegas is a city that never sleeps, and there are several Las Vegas sights to enjoy. In Las Vegas, you can find something for the young, the old and ever age in between.
Dive with Sharks
If you to add some adventure to your Las Vegas vacation, consider diving with sharks. The Mandala Bay Hotel gives guests the opportunity to experience sharks up close and personal. You do have to be at least 18 years of age and be a certified scuba diver. Once in the tank, you will be surrounded by 30 different sharks. Many guests find that hand feeding the sharks is a magnificent experience and takes away the fear most people have of sharks.
Lied Discovery Children's Museum
At Lied Discovery Children's Museum, you will find and interactive museum that caters to children. The children will love being at the Lied Discovery Children's Museum because they are encourage to touch and explore everything the museum has to offer. The museum is just a few blocks away from the strip, making this a perfect sight to see in Las Vegas.
Pink Jeep Tour
When you think of Vegas entertainment, nightlife, gambling and the strip usually comes to mind. However, there is more to Las Vegas than just the strip. Taking the Pink Jeep Tour will help you explore other parts of Las Vegas. The tour takes you out to the desert and lets you experience a whole new Las Vegas. The Pink Jeep will pick you up at your hotel and will provide you with interesting information about the Southern Nevada Desert.
Explore the Hotels
Spending the day walking in and out of all the hotels on the strip is an experience not to be missed. Every hotel has something different to offer. The New York New York has a great roller coaster, Bellagio puts on a wonderful fountain show, Paris Las Vegas Hotel is a beautiful hotel that has recreated the Eiffel Tower...and these are just a few of the hotels on the strip. There are several more that are worth a visit.
Dick's Last Resort
Dick's Last Resort is a fun place to enjoy a bite to eat. The food is good and the staff can be a little vulgar, but that is the point of Dick's. Dick's Last Resort is like a comedy show while enjoying a meal. The staff might rude comments to you or insult you, but it is all in good fun! Dick's is one of the loudest and most enjoyable restaurants on the strip.
