Border Grill

Located in Mandalay Resort & Casino, Border Grill is considered the best Mexican food in Las Vegas. Run by Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of the Food Network's "Two Hot Tamales," Border Grill serves up authentic Mexican cuisine such as the carne asada quesadillas, plantain empanadas, and hearty beef tacos in a festive environment. The cuisine here is expensive, but it's well worth it!

Joe's Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crabs

From their famous home in Miami Beach, the crabs have arrived in Vegas!

The food is wonderful and service is professional. It's not cheap, but boy is it tasty.

Joe's is a mix of steak house and seafood restaurant. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, on the Las Vegas Strip, it is a great place for steaks, a variety of seafood selections and, of course stone crabs.

The restaurant has three seating areas; the 'courtyard', where you can watch the mall traffic while dining, the bar area with small, high top tables and chairs and the inner dining more..

Located in the Bellagio Hotel, Sensi serves up eclectic fare including Italian, Asian-inspired, American, and seafood dishes. The environment is rather relaxed with a dining room that features an open kitchen in the center of the room, waterfalls, carved stone, and mirrored chrome. Shalimar

If you're planning to eat at a buffet, at least try something different. Shalimar Indian restaurant features a varied menu of North-Indian style dishes. In addition to taste and variety, Shalimar also offers an excellent value. Patrons can choose from around two-dozen lunch buffet items for $7.50. Main courses (dinner) cost $11-$16.

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House

The 225-seat Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House needs no introduction.
