Eating Out

Garibaldi's fine cuisine and a great selection of wine. Just north of the state capitol, on Carson St (hwy 395).

Red's Old 395. Eclectic decor that is a must see when visiting Nevada. Interesting and great menu, including Rocky Mountain Oysters which, if you don't know what they are then you must have them! Don't worry, they're deep fried. Over 50 beers on tap and that many more in bottles. Shuffle board, Karoake, and patio parties in the summer.
Mi Casa, Too. One of the few in Nevada serving consistently great food. The Mi Casa in Reno on 4th St makes much better banana margaritas but I've downed my share of other great exotic flavors in Carson. Friendly and good service.
