Here are some of the sights around Red Lodge.
Beartooth Mountains
Edit ThisThe most popular site is just outside of Red Lodge, and that is the Beartooth Mountains. You must pass through them on your way to the north-east entrance of Yellowstone Park.
The Beartooths are a great place to camp, with many camping facilities throughout the area. You can also hike to one of the many lakes located in the Bearttooths, hiking trails are clearly marked. When hiking please remember that you are in Grizzly Bear country, be cautious of any bear.
