Lake of the Ozarks Travel Guide

The Lake of the Ozarks is located in the center of the state, 45 miles south of the capital city, Jefferson City.  It is a 92 mile long manmade lake.  It is a popular power boating lake.  There are 50+ restaurants and nigtht clubs on the water.  They can be accessed by both land and sea.

It is a growing retirement community because of the mild winters and because of the water.
