This German town is about 20 miles north of Flint and worth a side trip. If you like good German food, stop at the Bavarian Inn. Unless you're really hungry, opt for the lunch menu. Also on Main Street is Willi's Sausage Shop where they make the meats that are for sale. There are carriage rides which pick up passengers near the covered bridge. Frankenmuth is also home to Bronner's Christmas Wonderland. Allow a couple of hours at Bronner's to see everything and do some shopping.
