Walnut Valley Festival

The Walnut Valley Festival is a premier music event held in Winfield, Kansas, each September (2008 will be 37th annual festival), with lead bluegrass bands along with many other styles of music using accoustic musical intruments, including folk musicians to celtic bands. 

With six stages -- four official and two unofficial -- there are always too many activities to choose from during the four-day festival.  The next one will be September 17 to 21, 2008.  In addition to a whole lot of live music, there are also many places to buy things from music CDs to Arts and Crafts.
