The Chisolm Trail Museum

The Chisolm Trail Museum in Wellington is just across from the Sumner County Courthouse downtown in the old three story Hatcher Hospital.  The Museum was located there in 1965 a few years after the hospital closed.  Anyone who likes old stuff will think this place is great -- there are three floors with 40 rooms of artifacts from the past depicting life around Wellington, just 7 miles off the original Chisolm Trail where all the cattle drives used to come through.
