Home of the National Old Time Fiddlers Contest. This contest is over 50 years old now. It is held the 3rd full week of June every year. Fiddlers from all over the US travel here and compete to see who is the best. Carnival, food booths, crafts, activities for all ages, classic small town parade are just some of the activities.
