Festivals like the Northern California Blues Festival, started barely nine years ago, but now one of the fastest growing celebrations of truly American music... Blues. Held in Fair Oaks Park, just outside of Sacramento, the capital of California, the festival is one of the few held in a beautiful park surrounded by California's protected grand old Oak Trees.
