Getting There

Wilmington travel is not difficult, but it takes a little planning. There is no airport in Wilmington, so the closest airport is in Philadelphia, PA, which is 24 miles away. Major airlines fly in and out of Philadelphia International Airport such as US Airways, United, Air Jamaica, Air Canada, Air France, AirTran, American West, American Eagle, Southwest, Delta, British Airways, Continental, Frontier, Northwest, and USA 3000. If you are traveling by train, Amtrak does have a train station in Wilmington at 100 South French Street. Greyhound has bus service to the city as well.
