Colorado National Monument Travel Guide
Edit This The best resource for sights, hotels, restaurants, bars, what to do and seeThe Colorado National Monument is a National Park that is located at the west end of Colorado south of Fruita. It is a natural geological feature whereby the earth around it has been eroded away over time resulting in rock formatons called monuments.
Rim Rock Drive is 23 miles long and winds from the bottom, up to the top of Colorado National Monument, around the rim and back down again. The best way to see the park is to drive this road as there are numerous lookouts and places to stop to see the spectacular views.
