Marina del Rey's Fisherman's Village

Visiting Marina del Rey's Fisherman's Village is like a visit to a New England fishing town.  You'll find an assortment of companies to rent boats -- both motor and sail, kayaks, charter fishing trips, book public dinner cruises and more.  Stroll along cobblestone paths to enjoy views of the Marina.  During the week, Tuesday through Friday, enjoy a 45-minute narrated harbor tour that gives you some history and local gossip of the area and boats in the harbor. Shop for souvenirs, rent a bike to bike along the 22-mile Beach Bike Path or enjoy a delicious meal at any of the waterfront restaurants or quick-service cafes.  Free weekend concerts on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  During the summer months, leave your car in one place and hop on the Waterbus to tour the area restaurants and site seeing; $1 per person, per trip. Open daily; validated parking.  (Admiralty way south; turn right on Fiji Way.)
