Right next door to the University of Phoenix Stadium is the Jobing.com Arena, home to the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League.  The Coyotes season runs from September through April, and tickets can be found at www.phoenixcoyotes.com   Also calling the areana home is the Arizona Sting of the National Lacrosse League, who play from January to April each year.  The arena ia also home to many concets and shows throughout the year.

For a great learning experience and way to emerse yourself in native culture is a visit to the Heard Museum. The Heard Museum specializes in Native American art and culture. They have permenant exhibits that showcase many a different tribes as well as fun activities for you children to take part in. As an added bonus many of the doecent are members of the local tribes.
