Tuscaloosa is the world capital of barbecue.  Although Dreamland gets all the hype, it's a far cry from the real thing.  Woodrow's on University Blvd. is the best in the world--  Carolina-style, thin, spicy sauce.  Addictive.  Take a thermos to buy extra sauce for your fridge.
