Getting around is not hard at all in North America. Buses, trains and airplanes take you from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific without too much hassle. Some parts are however reached more easily if you have your own means of transport. But be serious: Route 66 is not about taking the bus, is it? In Greenland travelers might be wise to bring their own pack of sled dogs, or rent a snow scooter.
