Getting Around
Edit ThisThe City of Hamilton operates the Hamilton Street Railway (though streetcars haven't operated on Hamilton Streets since the 1950's) thoughout the City of Hamilton and Wentworth area (including the communities of Dundas, and Stony Creek).
Service operates frequently thoughout the day, and operates on most lines DAILY.
BY CAR - Several Expressways or Parkways will allow motorists to reach various sections of Hamilton. The Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) in the north, the Red Hill Valley Parkway in the east, the Lincoln Alexander Parkway (LINC) on the escarpment or south and Hwy 403 in the west. All four of these are connected, thus making a circle around Hamilton.
