The DesBarres Manor Inn dining room offers contemporary Canadian cuisine with an East Coast flair and an extensive international wine list.
Located in an historic (1837) luxury inn, the dining room is intimate and features the Manor's orignal hearth for fireside dining. In summer, french doors open to a grand deck overlooking the DesBarres Manor's six acres of landscaped grounds.
The DesBarres Manor website has an extensive list of recipes from the culinary team as well as reviews from food and travel writers.
