Restored home of Sir Hugh John Macdonald, former Premier of Manitoba, is one of Winnipeg's finest examples of Queen Anne Revival architecture. Noon-5 pm Tue-Thu and Sat-Sun. Last tour 4:30 pm. Adults $4, seniors $3, youth 5-17 yrs $2, families $8, children under 5 free.

Ukrainian Cultural And Educational Centre (oseredok)

Interpretive exhibits examine diversity of the Ukrainian experience in Canada. Monday through Saturday 10 am-4 pm, Sun 2-5 pm. A donation for admission is welcomed.

Second largest aviation museum in Canada, displays aircraft and artifacts documenting the role of aviation in Canada's development. $7.50 adults, $5 students, $3 children, family rate $18. Mon-Fri 9:30 am-4:30 pm; Sat 10:00 - 5:00, Sun 12 pm-5 pm.

The Manitoba Museum features Nine Museum Galleriers, a Science Gallery and a Planetarium.

One of the finest interpretive museums in Canada, the collection reflects the heritage of Manitoba. The Urban Gallery recreates turn-of-the-century Winnipeg and houses the spectacular Nonsuch replica , a 17th Century Sailing ship whose 1668 voyage led to the founding of the Hudson Bay Company. The Science Gallery features hands-on science exhibits, and there is also a Planetarium.

Opening Hours - Summer Hours Open 10-5, seven days a week from Victoria Day (Mid-May) until Canadian Thanksgiving (mid-October).

An Inuit Gallery displaying sculptures and prints from across Canada's arctic. It has many pieces of inuit art from real inuits. So if your looking for great pieces of inuit art for your friends or if you want to have beautiful polar bears and seals or other great pieces you should go there. The people who work there are the nicest people.

Prairie Dog Central Steam Museum Train

The Prairie Dog Central is a completely restored train operated by the Vintage Locomotive Society. You can have a ride on it with the volunteer operating crew (who are all trained and certified annually by Canadian National Railway).

Located at The Forks, the museum features several hands-on galleries for kids of all ages. The Infrastructure Gallery, is an experiential gallery that includes a rock quarry, architect's office, aqueducts and more.

Air Force Heritage Park Museum

An outdoor air park and indoor museum. The largest outdoor park of its kind in Canada features 13 aircraft tracing the history of military flight in Canada, ranging from a World War II bomber to a CF 5 fighter.
