Eating Out
Edit ThisThere are some good restaurants but not much for ethnic fare. Suggestions:
Gulliver's (for anything & anyone, anytime), Olivier's (for a quiet date), Remington's (upscale steak & seafood), The Keg (hip steakhouse), Calhoon's (grill with frequent live music), Rhapsody Bar & Grill (Carribean influence), Allessio's (pasta plus -- monster portions), Albert's (small & humble but great prime rib), Astoria (pizza & pasta), Joey's Only (casual fish & chicken), and Double Happiness (Chinese -- humble setting but good buffet), Pizza Express (hole-in-the-wall pizza+ joint, also deliver).
Restaurants in the Royal Oak Inn, Victoria Inn and Canad Inn are very good for anything and offer some great buffets.
Best coffee & ice/cream dessert spots: Scarlatti's and Forbidden Flavors.
