Royal London Wax Museum .

From royalty to rogues and the renowned, "they seem alive" in the mystical, magical world of wax. Saanich Historical Artifacts Society .

The "Artifacts Society" as we are known by locally, was formed in 1968 by a group of people with similar interests who used to demonstrate their antique agricultural machinery at the annual North & South Saanich Agricultural Society's Fall Fair. This group, ably led by Willard Michell (Dec.) founded the society then started to put together a collection of artifacts in accordance with their goal stated on the home page, always striving to have a representative piece from all facets of pioneer life in our neighbourhood.
