A lovely setting, cozy and inviting, decorated with fairy lights.  There is a wide menu, tasty food, generous portions and friendly staff.  Recommended.

Absolutely THE worst restaurant in Canada and probably the world. Terrible service, disgusting food - couldn't eat more than one bite. We made a complaint about the food quality - they state "freshly cooked pasta" and we were yelled at, cussed at and abused by the overweight, pompous owner. Do NOT dine here! Everyone we have spoken to in Jasper since our ordeal have agreed with us. It was so bad we lodged a formal complaint with the Police. UPDATE: since I have posted this review I have received two further threats from the "owners" of the restaurant - disgusting. I WILL be taking my police complaint further!

Miss Italia is the only place I've ever found in Jasper that has excellent food, great service, and decent prices. I first went there about five years ago, and now make a point of having dinner there every time I go to Jasper.

Every year, I lead groups of hikers from the Edmonton Outdoor Club to Jasper for weekend trips, and I am confident enough of the quality of the food, and the excellent service, to take my groups there for dinner.

I've never had a bad meal or bad service, and they are always willing to accommodate an unexpected table of a dozen people or more without complaint. It may be their out-of-the-way location (on the second floor up a back staircase), but they've never been too busy to be able to find seating for my people. I've been introduced to a number of new treats there, and I've always been happy with the traditional Italian and Greek dishes that make up the mainstay of the menu. Call Miss Italia one of Jasper's best-kept secrets.
