One of the top end boutique restaurants in Jakarta. Already got several achievement from tourism board of Indonesia, also several from foreign countries.

The most valuable from this restaurant is, the place itself. It used to be an Indonesian famous painter Raden Saleh's house.  So you can find several of his masterpieces here, plus several collection of wooden statues and kitcheneries.  And made you surprise, since the famous rijstaffel served with old ceramic porcelain wares which are his private collection.

While enjoy a day trip to the old harbour Sunda Kelapa, visit Muara Karang Seafood corners will be nice and becomes new experience.

Don't think the guests will have a seat and order, but more than that. Please go to the fresh market nearby and choose your own seafood fave. From squid to prawn, from red snapper to crabs and others.

Natrabu

This is one of the leading Padang (or Nasi Padang) restaurants, Padang being the main city of West Sumatra. The special feature of Padang food is not so much the style of cooking as the way it is presented. There is no menu. Soon after you sit down the waiters will bring a large selection of dishes to your table and leave them there. Don't worry, you don't have to pay for them, and please don't get angry because you did not order them. You just pick from the ones you like the look of, and spoon it onto your own plate. All around you can find local vendors selling food. When your stomach has finally accustomed to the local food it is a must to try the local sate kambing(goat satay; goat meat roasted on a coal fire), bakmi goreng (fried noodles), nasi goreng (fried rice) and rujak (Indonesian style fruit salad).

It was said the taste of the food sold by the street vendors are (sometimes) better than those sold at a 5-star hotel!
