When heading to Anaheim from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transity Authority offers an easy journey, perfect for the budget traveller.

Take the 'G' Shuttle from LAX to the Aviaiton Station on the Green Line.  Disembark at Norwalk Station, and transfer to the 460 Bus.  Disembark at Disneyland.
