Aran islands Travel Guide

In the bay of Galway, the three Aran islands are excellent trips from Galway . Inis Mor is the largest island and has about 800 inhabitants, Inis Meain is 5 km and has two pubs for 250 people, Inis Oirr is the smallest of the three islands and has a castle that can be visited.

The islands can be reached by ferry or plane. There are 2 ferry companies :
