Provincetown Travel Guide
Edit This The best resource for sights, hotels, restaurants, bars, what to do and seeProvincetown is located on the tip of Cape Cod in the Atlantic Ocean. Downtown is a quaint New England town filled with many interesting shops. Lately Provincetown has become home to a large gay community and it is quite noticeable when visiting Provincetown.
As you approach Provincetown along the highway, you will observe large sand dunes and sandy beaches along the Atlantic shoreline. It often is very windy along this beach or on the dunes so be prepared to get sand blown in your face.
Provincetown is a summer resort community and during the offseason, there are no crowds, but in the summer it comes alive.
