Eagle County Airport

The eagle airport is located approx. 35 minutes east of Vail.  It is served during the ski season by American Airlines, US Air, Continintal, Northwest, Delta, and United.

Ground transportation from the Eagle County Airport to the city of Vail is found in the from of taxis, rental cars, shared shuttle service, and public bus.

The cost of a taxi is around $150, and they can hold up to 4 passengers.  Look for a counter inside the terminal (on the west end).

All major rental car companys can be found at the Airport.  The rental cars can be rented at the ticket counter side of the airport (east end).

Shared shuttle service can be found in the from of a Colorado Mountain Express van.  They have a counter located next to the taxi counter at the west end of the terminal.  Cost for door-to-door shuttle is $45.

The Eagle County bus stop is located outside of the terminal at the rental car return.  There is a heated bus stop to wait at.  Cost of the bus $3.
