The Restaurant
The indoor part of the restaurant reminds of an traditional Bavarian breakfast room and is decorated with Balinese masks.
The actual Beer Garden is just outside. Sure, there are no chestnut trees, but palm trees and sun sails contribute the shadow. Instead of a firm ground fine sand will please your feet.
The friendly and competent personnel in kitchen and restaurant serves international and local dishes. On an island, fresh seafood is a "MUST", says J.J., the Swiss chef.
If you don't like fish or you have eaten it to many times more..

The Light House Restaurant
Edit ThisThis is a delightful restaurant with a magical setting on the beach in Pantai Cenang Pulau. The service was excellent and the food was beyond belief and the prices were amazingly cheap for the standard of restaurant.
The other excellent Cafe was the Red Tomato Garden Cafe, this was the only place that actually served pllenty of tomatoes in a salad. The presentation again was of international standard and the staff and owner were wonderful. The menu would be ideal for vegietarians.

Edit This'''Mare Blu''' at Perdana Quay in the newly openend Telaga Harbour Park (Pantai Kok) is the only authentic Italien restaurant on Langkawi island. Lorenzo, Partner & chef offers typical italien food, good wines and draft beer. The Mediteranian style surrounding is just beautiful and the tables are set up right on the waterfront. The Telaga Harbour Park is near the Hotels Mutiara Burau Bay, Bejaya, Sheraton Beach and Tanjung Sanctuary, Datai & Andaman.
