Teriyaki 69

Not just limited to Japanese food - there is a wide selection of Asian food.  I'm not a big fan of sushi but friends of mine that are say that it is very good.

A couple of locations in Bogota though I went to the one in the popular Zona G.

Carbon de Palo

For you meat eaters out there. This place serves the best meat in town (plus fish and chicken dishes for non red meat eaters)

Huge portions with lots of side dishes (included with the main dish)

Very nice amosphere (a nice colombian feel) and excellent service. The price is not cheap for local standards but still qute affordable in terms of dollars and definitively worth the $$.

Andres Carne de Res

This place is one of the best restaurants you can find in Bogota. At night, you go there early, get a table, eat and then the night starts. It becomes an amazin club at night with all kind of danceable music, salsa, vallenato, reguetton...If you go to Bogota you shouldn't miss this place.

Mini-mal

This small restaurant is also the base of a design bureau. The fusion food served here is an amazing mix of the most delicious Colombian flavors. Coastal recipes meets traditional fruit desserts, along with some delicacies that are exotic even for the locals. I have lived here for a long time and this place is a revelation.

Typical Hard Rock Cafe food - overpriced, overcooked and half-assed service.  If you're looking to check a block, then by all means, go.  Otherwise, there are so many more, better places to eat in the city.
