Museums in Banff
Edit ThisBanff Museum on the High Street Banff is open during the summer months and is free entry, housed in the same building as the library. For bird watchers there is a large collection of stuffed birds.

A new museum in temporary premises in Macduff will be open 14th July 2006. Temporary exhibitions have been held in 2003 in Banff and 2004 in Macduff. The museum will celebrate mainly the fishing heritage, but also has a large oil-rig model and a bit on ship-building.

Banff's most known landmark, run by Historic Scotland and the National Galleries. Hindreds of paintings wonderfully shown in this fine mansion house, also has a cafe and a nice shop. If you fancy a Scottish wedding it can be arranged here.
